Littleton, Colorado (In Greater Denver Manufacturing Area)"; Logo of ATL (AccuraTest Laboratory) printed in red and black at bottom left corner; body text is typewritten in black ink; reads: "Dear Red Comet Customer: At the time you purchased your Red Comet Equipment, you were sent a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee Certificate. To keep this Guarantee in effect, it is necessary that you fill out and return the coupon that is attached to the Certificate. When that coupon is received here, a new certificate for the next year is made out, and mailed to you. We notified you sometime ago that it was necessary for you to send this Certificate in. And, since we haven't heard from you, we assume that you either overlooked our letter, or have misplaced the Certificate. Hence, we are enclosing another coupon for your convenience; if you will fill it out and return it to us, your Lifetime Replacement Guarantee will be in effect for another full year. We appreciate very much your having purchased a complete installation of Red Comet equipment, and we sincerely hope that you will call on us now or at any time in the future when we might be of further service.
