Description |
Train register, eastward from Littleton Station; dated March 23, 1894 to December 1928; horizontal orientation; off-white rectangular bound paper pages with black printed form at top each page, with black ink handwritten details entered daily; below is red & blue ink printed ledger table form, with handwritten entries in blue & grey pencil and black ink; table has columns for entering train and engine numbers, signals, signature of Conductor, Engineman's name, times arrived & departed, loads, number of cars in train, and names of baggage man, brakemen, & porters; originally bound together but now in several sections. The register does not seem to specifically mention the Denver & Rio Grande Railroad, but that was the railroad Cuthbert worked for, and most likely this register is for that company. |
