Description |
Winder used to wind yarn into skeins. The winder is made of wood. It has a two piece "T" shaped base. Attached to the base is a vertical wood board used as a post. Attached to the board is a geared counter , a geared horizontal spindle with four spokes and knobs similar to a windmill, to hold the wound yarn. Pieces are attached with cuts in the wood and square nails. There are no manufacture markings. |
